Приведены результаты обследования каркаса здания производственно-складских помещений в г. Хотьково Московской обл., смонтированного из колонн постоянного двутаврового сварного сечения и неразрезных ферм покрытия, пролетом 24 м, выполненных с параллельными поясами и треугольной решеткой с нисходящим опорным раскосом, изготовленных фирмой «РУУККИ РУС» из спаренных оцинкованных холодногнутых профилей, соединенных между собой и с фасон ка ми на болтах. Проанализированы причины потери несущей способности некоторых элементов конструкций покрытия после монтажа, в условиях отсутствия водостоков и вертикальных связей между фермами при самой большой снеговой нагрузке, в т.ч. в ендовах здания, в марте 2018 г. Описаны дополнительные мероприятия по усилению конструкций для обеспечения его устойчивости и приведения здания в работоспособное состояние.
The results of the survey of the frame of the building of the production and warehouse complex in the city of Khotkovo, Moscow region, mounted from the columns of a constant I-beam welded profile and continuous trusses covering, 24 m span structure, made with parallel belts and a triangular grid with a descending bearing diagonal made by the “Ruukki Rus” company of paired galvanized cold-formed profiles, interconnected and with profiles on bolts. The reasons for the loss of bearing capacity of some elements of the coating structures after installation, in the absence of drains and vertical connections between the farms at the highest snow load, including in the end of the building in March 2018 are analyzed. Additional measures to strengthen the structures to ensure its stability and bring the building into the working condition are described.
