On the evaluation of the performance of the activity of the research institute of the construction profile by the methodology of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science
Abstract
The article examines the applicability of the method of the assessment of the effectiveness of research organizations of building profile. It is shown that this technique contains significant drawbacks and for an adequate assessment of the effectiveness of building research institutes, its other methodology should be developed.
