Abstract

The main features of the design of information and computational models at the technical inspection stage shown by the example of the Evolution tower. Special attention is given to understanding the need for an information model as a result of survey work and the creation of a structured database on an object. Also in the article are some features of the execution of the calculation of construction of the Evolution tower and its particular elements in the form of practical examples of compliance the requirements of regulatory documents for the calculation of structures. It also provides practical experience in developing a finite element model.

Abstract
One of the well-known methods for settlement calculations of pile groups is the interaction factors method (IFM). Despite the presence of significant shortcomings, the method is promising in terms of performing quick calculations as part of developing a conceptual solution, as well as for the tasks of automated optimization of pile foundation solutions. The paper presents the results of studies aimed at improving the accuracy of the method and comparison with numerical and other solutions.

Abstract

The article is devoted to scientific and technical support at all stages of reconstruction of the Great Sports Arena in Luzhniki for the World Cup in 2018. The paper presents The components of scientific and technical support in the reconstruction of the stadium as well as their descriptions are given. The results of tests of the large-span model of the coating and individual components, wind tunnel purges, and surveys conducted in the process of scientific and technical support are presented. The methodology for conducting surveys and monitoring of the coating with a description of the used devices for measuring the parameters of the stress-strain state is given. The provisions of special technical specifications for the reconstruction of the main arena of the 2018 FIFA World Cup are described. The description of the design scheme and the resulting calculated data are given. The results of the stadium reconstruction and the description of its individual stages are presented.

Abstract

The current high level of metal quality and the expansion of the assortment for building metal structures, which is enshrined in new standards for sheet and shaped steel, pipes, as well as in design standards, are discussed. It is shown that the use of modern steels with high strength and cold resistance, fire resistance and corrosion resistance has high economic efficiency and is a prerequisite for the currently needed expansion of the use of metal structures in construction.

The article examines the applicability of the method of the assessment of the effectiveness of research organizations of building profile. It is shown that this technique contains significant drawbacks and for an adequate assessment of the effectiveness of building research institutes, its other methodology should be developed.

Abstract

The technology of manufacturing wall panels in a permanent form work, on the construction site, with their further rise to the design position. The technology was developed for individual houses. The first experience of its use in Lenin sky district of Moscow region is described. After the foundation was made and the floor was installed, the permanent form work was installed along the outer walls in the form of a thin-walled bent channel 160 mm high with a wall of 4 mm. In this channel fit the reinforcing grid was laid and reinforcement around window and door openings of a wall was carried out. A mesh of 200*200*5 mm was used, and reinforcement A-IV, 10-12 mm, was used to reinforce the structure. After pouring and setting the concrete, the wall was raised using jacks along special guide rails and temporarily fixed. As the installation of all enclosing walls, they are rigidly connected to each other. Two people worked at the construction site. The total time of construction of the above-ground part was three months. Based on the work carried out, it was concluded that the technology has a practical application, but requires more detailed elaboration of the panel design and the development of a safe lifting mechanism.

Abstract

The problems associated with the recultivation of the industrial zone and the adjacent territory of the Baikal Pulp and Paper Mill are described, and the methods of reclamation of this territory are presented at the level of a general concept. As methods of reclamation, the technology of stone-throw-up constructions for strengthening dams, the technology of setting up stone pillars and deep mixing of soil for converting the properties of weak highly compressible soils are recommended.

Humidity control of hardening concrete provides necessary level of moisture content of concrete of monolithic designs which is one of essential factors for further normal course of structure formation processes, and also ensures the specified physical and technical properties of concrete, eliminates various defects in structures, unnecessary waste of material and energy resources for their repair and restoration.

Abstract

In connection with the construction of a large number of monolithic reinforced concrete structures that do not meet the project requirements for bearing capacity, the Ministry of Construction Industry, Housing and Utilities Sector has decided on the need for advance concrete mixture control at the construction site. In connection with this decision, in the NIIZHB named after A.A. Gvozdev together with interested organizations an advance control system is being developed, which can be framed in the form of an independent technical document or an annexe to Set of Rules 48.13330.2011.

Abstract

The article presents experimental studies of anchoring devices for realizing the tension of three different profiles of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymers) in the range from 0.4 to 0.7 tensile strength. Recommended technical parameters of the fixture have been obtained, including the parameters of preliminary fixing the ends of the reinforcement when meeting the strength conditions of the reinforcing bar and nonslip in the fixture under tensile tests.

Abstract

The results of the survey of the frame of the building of the production and warehouse complex in the city of Khotkovo, Moscow region, mounted from the columns of a constant I-beam welded profile and continuous trusses covering, 24 m span structure, made with parallel belts and a triangular grid with a descending bearing diagonal made by the “Ruukki Rus” company of paired galvanized cold-formed profiles, interconnected and with profiles on bolts. The reasons for the loss of bearing capacity of some elements of the coating structures after installation, in the absence of drains and vertical connections between the farms at the highest snow load, including in the end of the building in March 2018 are analyzed. Additional measures to strengthen the structures to ensure its stability and bring the building into the working condition are described.

Abstract

The pit excavation in the conditions of the seasonal temperature changes makes it necessary to take into account the impact of this factor on the change of the stress-strain state in the construction of excavation shoring. The article presents the data obtained from the results of laboratory multivariate experiments to identify the effect of changes in the temperature of the struts of system “soil - shoring - support system of pit”. The dependence between changes of the force of pit shoring and changes of temperature of pipe of support system are established. Experimental data are compared with the results of earlier numerical studies.

Topical issues of preserving the stability and strength of the cofferdam construction when one of the fastening elements are destroyed. As a result of the work done, the correlation of efforts in the structural elements of the cofferdam during its normal operation and in the event of an emergency situation is given. Conclusion on the degree of influence on the overall stability of the cofferdam when one of the fastening elements is failure and the need to take this factor in the design is made.

Abstract

The reasons and the content of one of the critical epochs in the development of science, essentially meaning a scientific revolution in human cognition of the objective surrounding reality. It is shown that as a result of the outstanding discoveries of the second half of the XIX century - first quarter of the XX century modern science has moved from the study of material objects to the study of fundamental processes in nature and society. It is concluded that modern science has abandoned the Newtonian linear models, and is characterized by a fundamental programmatic dualism.
