Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, Laureate of the President of the Republic of Armenia in the field of technical Sciences (2005), Honored Scientist of the Republic of Armenia (2011), Commemorative Medal of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia (2012), Gold Medal of the Mayor of Yerevan (2016), Anania Shirakatsi Medal of the Republic of Armenia (2016), Honorary Medal of TSNIISK, Tpo 100 Scientists - 2009 in the field of seismology, earthquake-resistant construction and structural mechanics. He is the author of 265 published works, including 12 monographs, 5 author's certificates, 15 regulatory and instructional documents, 60 scientific articles in English published in different countries.
