The main area of scientific activity is fundamental theoretical and experimental studies of models and full–scale reinforced concrete and wooden structures. Participation in experimental design and scientific support as a leading contractor for the construction of unique reinforced concrete shells measuring 102 x 102 m and covering a circus with a diameter of 78 m in Frunze (awarded the USSR Council of Ministers Award in 1978). Proposals for the use of strength criteria under complex stress conditions have been developed.
Participation in the development of the theory of strength, plasticity and creep of ice as a building material.
More than 150 papers have been published, 38 of them in the RSCI, in the Scopus 2 system, textbook 1. 3 monographs, 2 of them co–authored.
The Hirsch index is 5.
